Recognition is one of PalAmerican’s core values as we look for ways to instill a sense of pride and professionalism in our officers. We want our officers to feel a sense of empowerment and increased commitment to the job knowing they are making a difference in people’s lives and impacting the client in a positive way. This is done in a variety of ways including through our monthly recognition program, which allows peers and leadership to nominate officers for Performance of the Month, Performer of the Month, and Unsung Hero awards.

She is always on time for her shift and volunteers to help. Apart from her regular site, Woolywood has volunteered to assist at other sites dealing with staffing shortages. For the last two months, she has regularly covered multiple shifts between two cities without a complaint. Her willingness to always assist the team in desperate circumstances has brought a positive difference in the workplace.
The Difference Maker
Currently, Wooly is stationed at a healthcare facility in Massachusetts where the workload is extreme and requires quick thinking and strong time management skills. She has a great understanding of people; this has helped her perform her duties with excellence.
Wooly says she looks forward to a promising career at PalAmerican. One of our core values is promotion from within, and moving up within the company is something she’s interested in. She takes immense pride in her work and believes in trying her best to reach the position she is aspiring for.
World-Class Training
She is proud to be associated with PalAmerican and feels the robust training the company offers to its officers covers a broad range of programs and techniques that allows officers to handle almost all kinds of emergency situations. Woolywood says the unique part of the training is that apart from physical training and other essentials, the officers are also trained to recognize signs of mental health concerns and are taught to approach such situations with extreme caution and empathy.
At PalAmerican Security, we believe the best way to create a strong team is through employee development and our promotion-from-within philosophy. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for Woolywood at PalAmerican.
