Expanding our Presence in Arizona

Our Phoenix office is our next commitment to our clients and employees in our growing North American operation. With 18,000 employees and 50 offices, it is our promise to deliver industry leading safety and security services to our clients. Keeping that in mind, new market expansions are very serious endeavors. In the case of Arizona, our journey into the market began with a contract for security services in a healthcare facility and has continued to expand into other successful contracts. For us, building an understanding and positive relationship with our client is vital to our success and our growth. Earlier this year, our presence grew with the contract award of a multi-campus college. Our customer service approach and our ability to adapt to the changing environments of new markets allows our PalAmerican operations team to deliver the expectational service our clients have grown to rely on in other markets. PalAmerican’s growth in the South West

While PalAmerican is already serving clients in the Greater Phoenix Area, we are excited to invest in this growing market and dynamic community along with growing our talented team of security professionals. We welcomed Christina Duffey to the Paladin Group of Companies family in June as Executive Vice President. In her welcome interview, Christina stated, “As Executive Vice President, I will support all aspects of the business, including its strategic direction, growth, client support, and team engagement.” Christina has been a champion in the Arizona business community for many years and will add her experience and industry knowledge to the delivery of PalAmerican’s values, service ethos and customized security partnerships that have been at its foundation since inception.

The Phoenix Branch Team will be managed by President Jason Begin, Regional Vice President Troy Hales, National Director of People and Culture Elizabeth O’Rourke, and Security Program Manager and Arizona Qualifying Agent Michael Faller.

PalAmerican has already experienced growth this year at our offices in Chicago, Boston, Pittsburgh, Las Vegas, Houston, and Salt Lake City.

Additionally, Tony has achieved many other accolades throughout his 25 years in the industry and he is heavily involved with the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS). Anjanette has been with PalAmerican since 2017 and has led our expansion in healthcare across the country. With over 20 years of experience working in hospital security, Anjanette has successfully managed all of our site roll outs and transitions.
