After 32 years of dedicated service, Jason Begin, President of PalAmerican Security, is retiring effective March 16, 2026.
Jason joined Paladin Security in 1994 as a security officer in healthcare operations, and through hard work, capability, and a deep commitment to Paladin’s culture, progressed through nearly every role in the company. Along the way, Jason has served as a Security Officer, Supervisor, Field Manager, Client Service Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Vice President, COO, and, since 2016, President of PalAmerican Security. At every level, Jason has been a trainer, a mentor, a client advocate, an innovator, and a leader.

PalAmerican Security is built on the foundation of 50 years of experience in the guarding industry and is licensed to operate in 43 states. They are a leading security provider of highly trained armed and unarmed security professionals from varied backgrounds, including law enforcement, military, and private security, as well as home-grown talent.
“This was not an easy decision,” says Begin, “working alongside our team has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career.” Jason’s responsibilities often required him to travel across the country to the various PalAmerican offices and work closely with the local management teams. “I’ve had the privilege of seeing our team’s commitment, professionalism, and genuine care they bring to work each day,” he continues, “together, we’ve built something truly special.”
Jason will now step into the role of Advisor of strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, and he will continue to provide support and mentorship to incoming President Joe Campanella. In this new role, Joe will oversee the company’s strategic direction, operations, and continued growth, with a focus on strengthening customer trust, advancing innovation in security programs, and reinforcing PalAmerican’s commitment to delivering a higher standard of protection coast to coast.

Joe is a strategic leader with more than 25 years of experience in sales and operations within high-growth security organizations. Joe joined the PalAmerican team in September 2025 as part of a large-scale acquisition. As Executive Vice President of Eastern Operations, he has overseen PalAmerican's operations across the Eastern United States, as well as several of PalAmerican’s specialized security brands, including Seattle’s Finest in the Pacific Northwest and SSA in Los Angeles.
