PalAmerican Security is establishing its presence in Portland, Oregon, with the acquisition of Cascadia Global Security’s Western United States operations, effective May 13, 2024. Along with adding a new geography, the move strengthens PalAmerican’s footprint in Washington, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada.

The company brings a diverse portfolio, specializing in HOA and community security, retail, office and commercial security, and mobile patrol. The acquisition of Cascadia represents a rare opportunity to accomplish two strategic requirements for PalAmerican: increasing

It's been a busy first half of 2024 for PalAmerican Security; in January, the company acquired Black Knight Security’s Chicago operations followed by the acquisition of Genesis Security in the Silicon Valley in March.
